Eighteen months since I delivered my last salad in Surry Hills, I'm finally back on my bike, delivering salad boxes to a whole new community, in a whole new city. #notsaddesklunches is a fun campaign started by the folk at Food52 and, for me, this is exactly the way I think about my lunches. Delivering a box full of healthiness, heartiness and happiness to another's desk or dining table makes me so happy.
